Death Cab For Cutie are embarking on a new tour this fall through the US opening up for Neil Young (you’ll be happy, your dad will be happy) and reissuing a deluxe version of their ten year old album “Something About Airplanes” through Barsuk. “Narrow Stairs” is also being released in 180 gram vinyl format the same day, it was released earlier this year on Atlantic Records.
Two of the shows will be benefit shows for the Bridge School, a school founded by Neil Young himself that works with children who have severe disabilities. The Bridge School Benefit shows this year also feature The Smashing Pumpkins, ZZ Top, and Wilco.
